I installed this in a 2004 Pontiac Gran Prix that the blower motor resistor had failed and the fan would run non stop even with the key off. I installed this and fixed the problem.

The kit seems to be a good value. It fit and works. One complaint I have, is that the kit came with four butt connectors; all for 10 gauge wire. On my car, I had to cut and splice two 10 gauge wires, and one wire that was 20 gauge. The kit didn't have a 20 gauge butt connector. I had an assortment kit of various end connectors, so I was able to get the job done with pieces from that kit.
The Batt+ line (Big Red Wire) was hot with the key off in my car, so I recommend disconnecting the sad cable (its always so negative) on the battery before you start to avoid shorting something out and burning your rig down.
Its been in for about 15hrs so far, and still works.
