My son asked for this set for Christmas. It was interesting because they came with a coating of powder on them. I'm guessing so they didn't stick together? They have a very detailed design and seem pretty durable. Altogether a very nice deck of cards. Perfect as a gift!

Five Stars all the way around. Bright and brilliant colors, enhanced by a dark background, easy to deal out. I would not necessarily use these as playing cards as I would use these as collectors cards, but that is just my personal opinion. I happen to like bright colors on dark backgrounds regardless of what it is or what they are. The cards were packaged with meticulous care, arrived completely undamaged, on time, and as advertised (as promised). I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this seller or the product. I would buy from this seller again, and if you are in the market for some unique looking cards, I would recommend you take a long hard look at this seller. Seems they have a variety of cards that would suit just about every card "freak."

The cards are usable enough as they are, but the reference card I received with the deck doesn't agree with the art on the cards. For instance, the Jack of spades is a Minotaur according to the reference card, but the card itself appears to have a Cyclops on it. For the other mythological creatures I'm less familiar with it's difficult to appreciate the card when I don't know what it's supposed to be.

I compulsively riffle shuffle card decks thousands of times until they eventually deteriorate, and this particular deck is lasting longer with less degeneration than a number of other decks such as Bicycle's premium plastic cards or Hoyle's waterproof ones. The designs are also pretty captivating and the cards are easy to read while playing. What's more, the cards are a good thickness and weight for cardistry. For what I would consider to be top-of-the-line cards, the price is really good. These are just excellent overall.
