The product is good for a 1yr old birthday party, but disappointed that this product which is supposed to be "NEW" has scratches on ears, eyes, and face. Buttons and feet are in excellent condition. For the price I generally wouldn't complain ($5.00 plus $4.something for tax and shipping), but it was marked NEW and was circled in pen with emphasis on NEW on boxed receipt. Sorry, but No!... there is no way this is new!! Used, like New... but definitely NOT NEW!!
