Black seed oil is a product that is like any other oil but it does have a distinctive taste. I measure it out in a spoon and get the bowl of the spoon to the back of my tongue and tip it over there so it misses most of my tastebuds. The directions say to bury the oil with food so I eat immediately after taking and have had little problem with the aftertaste. Seems to be a quality oil.

This stuff may not be the most mouth-watering, but, the effects are undeniable. You will hear people saying it cures everything but death, and, I must say that I know why they say this. It helps with inflammation, sleep, anxiety, and, it can even be incorporated into your hair regime. Currently, I'm using (with a medicine dropper) Cumin Seed Oil, here and there, to stop 'itchy' spots, and, to see if it will, indeed, thicken my hair. I wore a hair band around my head for months & this made it thin. I'm trying to see if Cumin will 'undo' what I did.
