i wear this product as day to day underwear, being a dad body senior citizen have found it to perform excellent, pouch has enough room for the average person, great support,good comfort. i wear this for day to day activities such as chores around the house, walking, traveling and relaxing. Performs great in hot weather and cooler weather i wear a 40" to 42" inch waist, they sit low on the hips and a XXL fits great and not overly snug but comfortable.

i would have given a 5 star however it deserves a 3 to 4 star concerning durability, seam stitching frays, fabric frays this is based on wearing the product for the previous year I have all the colors offered. to get best wear, hand wash and line dry, pouch material will soften and conform to anatomy creating a great fit.if they resolve the quality it would be 6 star product.

I had hernia surgery and needed some support. I found these and ordered the same size as my regular underwear. These were way smaller. I could wear them but they felt like they were cutting me in half at my waistline.

I kept them as it was all I had and they worked if I didn't mind being squeezed to death.

They do seem to be very well made. The elastic was comfortable other than being way too tight.

I would recommend these but only if they ran truer to size. Order larger size than normal would be my recommendation.

FINALLY! We've been trying for three weeks to find just the right athletic supporter for my husband who had complex hernia repair surgery on 8-23-23! I've lost count of how many I've bought/ordered trying to find just the right waistband and "cut" of the actual supporter. He tried this on soon after I brought it home from the post office this morning, and says it is "the ONE". I measured his hip measurement and he was JUST on the high end of "Large", but after reading reviews, I decided to order the X-large, and that turned out to be just right! He says the elastic is "just right"--soft and comfortable w/o being too soft/rolling up, and the support fabric is perfect to support him as he heals.
