My wife and I share a car and both work back to back her going in at 4pm and me getting off at 8am. So we do a lot of sleeping in shifts in the car. This bed/mattress has been a lifesaver. No more sleeping sitting up in the front seat or laying on the back seat all uncomfortable. This mattress stays inflated for long periods of times so you don't worry too much about sinking. It's easy to set up and has multiple layer plugs to help keep air in when taking out the included pump. This is one of the best investments I've made for our current situation.

The air mattress works great. has 6 different inflation areas and they are all separate so you can inflate what you need and so the sides actually come up to form around the wheels in the back. It's actually pretty comfortable as long as you distribute your weight. All the extras that come with it are not really anything to consider and shouldn't affect your decision. The pump and its attachments suck. I just use the pump I bought. It's a lot faster. The eye covers are cheap. The "shades" for the windows are like completely see through and won't stop any light. Earplugs are cheap enough to just buy them yourself. And the bag tore as soon as I took the mattress out of it.
You're buying this for the mattress, and so far we used it for one weekend trip and I liked the mattress. I will update if it breaks after the 3rd or 4th use. But really, even just using it one weekend saves like $200 on hotels.
