I recently started eating a low carb diet. I've noticed there are tons of dip recipes online, but I couldn't find anything good to eat the dip with ... So, I now use these to make tortilla chips! I get 10 chips per tortilla ... Just put them on a baking sheet, spray with some non-cook spray, and bake on 350 for 8 minutes. AWESOME!!

I was skeptical about the taste and "after-effects" of this product due to the very high fiber content and fact that it is a whole grain. Well, my whole family loved the tortillas, and no one had any digestive issues whatsoever! I would definitely buy these again; in fact, I'm having a hard time finding them now!

I eat low carb, finding good bread or tortillas is a "Mission". These carb balance ones are so yummy! They're wheat so no fake stuff in here. Turns breakfast, lunch or dinner into a tasty meal. For breakfast, with eggs, ham and cheese. At only 3grams net carbs. So worth it.
