This is a wonderful product. Great taste and texture and does not leave an after taste nor has any sneaky sugar alcohols or anything artificial. I use a tablespoon on top of my plain agave (less sugar than maple syrup or honey) and you cannot even tell this is not a regular breakfast syrup.
