I love strawberries with some of my morning cereals, and these dehydrated strawberries work perfectly for that. These are sliced dried strawberries, and so I just dump a few into the bowl on top of the cereal - then break them up into small pieces and pour on the milk. They blend perfectly with the cereal and taste like fresh strawberries. I highly recommend them for that purpose, and I think they would do well in cakes and other baked goods too.
