We bought this item in order to use it as an emergency call alert for our tour guides in our museum. Staff members can easily push their button to alert the front desk that they need assistance without fumbling around for a two way radio. It also has great range coverage indoors of our metal building and even outside in the parking lot.
Sound alert volume is low. I wish it was adjustable.

The product works well, but there are two issues:
1) There was just a single fold help flyer. I consider this bare bone.
2) There is a connector on the side of the display device, but there is no description about it.
3) The alert volume level is too level and is not adjustable.
4) When the button is pressed, the number stays on the display for a set number of buzzers and then a set time duration. After which it disappears for good. No indication remains that a number was pressed.
