Ok, all I can say is that I really skeptical about purchasing these bars - especially with the price point. However, I can say I am GLAD I did. I was in need of something that was a quick go to due to having switch over to a ketogenic diet per my doctors recommendation. The problem is that I have a TON of food allergies (some life related), so I was already on a gluten-free lifestyle for the last 3 years on top of all of the other items. Finding something that meets all of my requirements that's quick and pre-packaged is nearly impossible.

With a job that has a great deal of travel involved, there are many days I miss several meals due to the lack of food options I have available for myself. This worked ok in the past, but not so good when you're in the land of keto (low carbs). These are the bars that are my "go-to's" without question. There are days I simply do not get my food ready early enough to have a meal or a snack ready for heading out the door. In this short period of time, these bars have changed my world!!! :-)

It's been few short days and I'm coughing up the change to order another box to make sure I don't run out. It is one of those items I REFUSE to share with others - even the little people. I purposely keep snacks in the house that others are free to ingest given they do not have the extensive dietary restrictions as myself. Everyone has a tendency to be curious about having what I have, but the answer is "NO!" on this unless you bring your own to the table.

I don't know why so many people seemed to be giving the chocolate-peanut butter variety such bad reviews.
I thought that it tasted good.
Although my favorite is the chocolate-coconut; the cookie-dough variety is a close second.
It's great for people who are watching their sugar, but it's pretty high in (healthy) fat; so if you have one, consider it most of a meal, and reduce your fat intake for the day, elsewhere.
I like to have one right after an hour of working out at the gym.

This is one of the only no processed sugar chocolates we enjoy.

These chocolate bars taste good but I was hoping for a little bit creamier in texture. It is hard to bite into. If you like dark chocolate this bar is for you. I would buy this again

Generally, on keto you won't be eating much candy. Every now and then, I feel the need for some chocolate. There are very few choices and the choices that exist vary in how good the ingredients are. The kiss my keto chocolate bars are pretty perfect in ingredients. Serving size is 1/3 of a fairly large bar. Calories are reasonable, fat to protein is decent and the carbs are not out of line (for a snack). The most important thing when you want a snack is the taste and mouth feel. These bars are perfect there.

The only nit to pick is the price but knowing how it compares to other chocolate, even that is a hard nit to pick. I'm happy with the bar and will continue to buy it. I think it is expensive but I also think it's worth the cost.
