These supplements work well and seem to increase energy levels throughout the day. Only draw back is trying to remember to take 3x a day.

Bought for my 87 year old Mother because of all of the positive ads and comments. She said it did not make her feel one bit different and for the high price of this item, it did not deliver what she said they promised.

Great product. The only down side is that the garlic in the veggie capsules is burped a lot for a few hours after swallowing.

The pills are big and the gel capsule seems sticky when you try and swallow them. I usually have to empty them into something and either drink it or eat it. So I lost my desire to take them.

I can tell a difference when I take these. I generally feel better and I am less hungry. I don't know why, but I am. I do have to say they are very hard to swallow, and normally I don't have any problem taking pills. But the capsule container on these is pretty sticky. It gets stuck about halfway down my esophagus, and it burns. I think it's because it's made of cellulose and not other products that are used in less natural vitamins. I have tried to use a product called pill glide, and it helps somewhat, but the vitamins work so well for me, that I am willing to keep trying to take them. I also think they're a little pricey, but when you see the video on how they are made, and how they truly are natural and made in the United States, that explains the price. It just costs more to make things here, but you usually end up with a superior product. I like them. I want to keep taking them. But I have to find a way to get them down without ending up with heartburn.

Updated September 1, 2023: I found a way to make them easier to swallow. I take them with a big gulp of water, and then follow up with hot coffee or hot tea. The hot drink makes them slide down right away. I still think these are helping for energy, and I've even gotten another family member to try them, and he says they work for him as well.
