This hat is (mostly) perfect and (completely) waterproof, but the inside smells badly like fish!

I received my hat today and have mixed feelings. I believe it will be waterproof (unless the seams leak badly). The material is thick, shiny, and definitely water repellant. It is foldable, but I expect creases in the vinyl. There is a strap, but I'm not sure what it clips on to--as far as I can see, the hat does not have any loops for the strap clips.

My major issue: The fit is a little strange. Maybe the proportions are off? The hat fits the diameter of my head adequately. I would say it runs small around. But it is taller than expected. I feel like I'm wearing a stove pipe hat. That's an overstatement, but it just feels a little too high for me. There are a good couple of inches between the top of my head and the top of the hat. Maybe I just don't love bucket hats? I'll keep if for rainy days. It's practical and almost stylish.

I liked this hat because it's very smart but also offers protection from the wind and the rain. I take out door pictures for my job so this will be great to keep my hands free for my camera without having to worry about my hat coming off. Very satisfied.

Have not worn this hat in the rain but it is really cute. No reason it will not work in the rain. It is great that it has a chin strap so the wind won't blow it off

The two times I've used this have been perfect, it's able to be folded up so it travels well. No rain running down the insides of my clothes. Fits perfect, I ordered a small as I wear Children's hat's sometimes. Well worth the money it's like a cute accessory that has function!
