I read a lot about the benefits of apple cider vinegar and tried to take the liquid but could not stand the taste. These capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. I have been taking them about 3 weeks and can feel the muscles of my stomach actually pull in when I try to hold my stomach in. I've lost 4 pounds which is a great start because I was stuck at my weight before. Some other brands require you to take one or two with every meal but this formula is just two capsules once a day.
I feel the general health of my stomach is getting better. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to get the benefit of apple cider vinegar but not able to drink the stuff. When you buy the apple cider vinegar in the store, you have to buy "the mother" vinegar which is also very expensive. These capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. I haven't had any weird or bad side effects, no jitters (there's no caffeine in it so that wouldn't be an issue anyway lol), no allergic reactions, etc so that has been good. The supplement pills are easy enough to swallow, and are tasteless and odorless for anyone who doesn't like the taste of ACV in the regular liquid form ( I don't mind it- I've tried both ways of intake). I have noticed a small change in my appetite, which is the BEST thing so far for me. I'm a SERIOUS late night snacker, smh. The product is great for an appetite suppressor. It works in a gentle way and you do not feel those hunger

I love the overall packaging and it was very informative to know all the ingredients that are used in this medicine. It gave me the confidence to pop it in my mouth after seeing that it has been a physician-approved stamp. That many fat burner products do not come with.
