We have a 13 year old, 120 lb German Shepard that is really having a hard time with his hips. This sling is a great help getting him up when he can't on his own. It seems made well and is soft and easy to use. I just slide it under his stomach and lift him until he can stand on his own.

My lab/great Pyrenees mix dog was 10 years old and had addisons disease diagnosed at 2 years old.... she got ill and when she had episodes she could not walk without support from us. We would use a towel prior to this but it was very stressful for me and her. She was almost 100 pounds. I didn't expect this dog lift to be more than fabric with straps but it is a very well made, comfortable and convenient device. It has adjustments for length of handles, a soft, plush platform to fit under dogs belly. It is so well made and sturdy I don't know how they can sell it for such a low price. Even comes with a cute, well made tote bag so it's not all over your car when traveling.
I highly recommend this to help any dog who's small or large to aid them with getting into a car or when they need a little extra help.
