These are used I. Pairs and work great. Still have not located the old adapter that I purchased 7 years ago that I'd just the rj45 8 pin female to a Bnc and power connector. This works, after switching out some of the old style with a new pair of these. Picture is what I used to use. A pair of these that I bought recently takes the place of this one connector. The pair work great. Sold with 2 sets of 2 in each bag.
WORKS LIKE A CHARM!

Wish I had known about these a long time ago. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration. Buy these, a roll of CAT 5, some RJ45 ends, and a crimping tool. Running cat-5 is so much easier than trying to get BNC connectors through the wall, floor, or ceiling.
I had 2 old IP cameras connected with Cat-5. Didn't want to run more BNC, so I bought these, connected them to my cameras and CCTV DVR and presto! Live feed on my monitor with no fuss or running more cable to my cctv cameras.

I have an older camera setup and needed to replace a long run of cable due to some fault/damage. I really didn't want to pull the line and measure to order a replacement. I came across this in some research and it allowed me to use a CAT5 between the camera and server. Much simpler and a lot easier. Already had the cable and ends and with these on either end, made the repair a breeze.
When you need 'em these do the job!

Usually these days you want to go from coax to Ethernet, but I'd pulled some extra Ethernet cables when I added some 4K HD-CVI cameras last year. Having these lets me add a few more 4K HD-CVI cameras using these cables before I commit fully to the switch to IP cameras. My initial experience with IP cameras has given new life to my coax cameras and DVR, the standards are not there yet -- the IP camera vendor blames the NVR the NVR vender blames the "third party camera".
