Delish but VERY expensive

I realize some people think the Snickerdoodle are chalky. I wholeheartedly disagree. While not a homemade cookie, they still delish!
Pros: You'd never know they are low carb...tastes as good as any other packaged dessert. As advertised, they taste like butter, sugar and cinnamon. The texture is soft (a bit crumbly). They are great as is or use them to make a pie crust (eg cheesecake crust).
Cons: One bag is supposed to be 2.5 servings which is laughable. Once you open a bag you will easily eat the entire thing. It's a small bag. A serving size is 7 cookies. Each "cookie" is a bite (dime to nickel size). That makes these crazy expensive.
While these are low carb and don't spike blood sugar, they are VERY high in fat due to the oil, butter and almond flour.

I have been looking for nothing that kind of takes the edge off cutting out sugar. These absolutely satisfy that mental desire for something sweet. Melt in your mouth tiny cookies. Do these taste delicious? YES. Am I extremely disappointed that you get less than 9 tiny cookies per pack for $5 a pack? Also yes! Look at the picture please- this is a brand new pack I dumped out. There are supposed to be 25 cookies per pack according to the serving size and as you can see there is only 8 cookies in this pack. Even if you bunch the crumbs together still can't even make 10 cookies. Very disappointed in the quality control.
UPDATE: I contacted customer service about this and they responded to me within an hour and offered to send me another product of my choice for the inconvenience. They were extremely nice and stated that they would submit my concern to their quality control department. I upgraded them from 3 to 4 stars because while I appreciate the excellent customer service the portions in each pack of cookies are still no where near what they should be.

I loved these little cookies SO MUCH! After doing Keto for a while, I only had slight carb cravings. With a serving size of 10 cookies, I figured these would be worth a shot for when I am feeling peckish. They are only about the size of three nickels stacked but holy cow, one cookie and I was good. These things are absolutely delightful. Snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie and this company made these so well. I am beyond pleased with the flavor. Obviously the amount of cookies you get for the price leaves you wanting, but I have accepted that anything made specifically for the keto diet usually takes a bit more resources that are not as readily available as what everyone else eats, so I have come to terms with it.
All in all, I would buy these a thousand times over.
