The arrowroot quality you receive is based on the sellers/vendors you purchase from. I had to figure that out the hard way. Only buy from JollyBlue, habanerofire and KD Rock NC. Avoid the ESHOPHOT seller! The jars will always come open and unsealed with hair, dirt or other stuff in it.
