I'm on my second bottle of these, taking them because I suspect I drink too much and my liver was starting to feel a little swollen (oops). I had a break in between the two bottles and noticed the irritation had come back a bit, and went down when I started taking them again. Haven't had any real tests to confirm it's doing something but from an un-scientific perspective it feels better than a placebo. Don't really mind the taste like other people. Would love to know exactly how and why they came up with this specific formula as there's quite a few different things in here. I think milk thistle is doing the heavy lifting.

Not a big reviewer, but I bought this based on other's reviews so I feel obliged. I am so happy with this product. After two years of elevated liver enzymes, GI specialist, ultrasounds, etc I went searching for a supplement. I was spending so much time and money on appointments and tests; next step was a biopsy. Well, never needed it bc after about a month on this product I had my blood draw and my liver numbers were ALL NORMAL!!! Woot!!!
My advise is to drink a lot of water when you take these pills, I don't always and then I regret it bc they do come back up and it's gross. If I drink water, all good.
