Climbing, hiking, construction building over the last 6 months - mostly in 90+ degree heat - and at the end of the day, I had forgotten I was wearing them, that is how comfortable they are. Yet, they take bumps and grinds, showing little scuffing. The soles have excellent traction on all surfaces, even on wet ones. They have hard toe protection and a side zipper, so slipping in and out of them is easy. Maybe not the cheapest boot, but good value for the money.

This is my second pair of Rock Rooster work boots. The quality is top notch, very comfortable, virtually no break in time. I am replacing workboots about every 3 months. The last pair of RR lasted 6 months. I will keep you posted.
