Solid, though instructions lacking

This is a solid cart. The directions were vague on letting you know it was adjustable, though intuition figures that out pretty quickly. There was a step missing entirely, which involved two little silver plates"¦. they were not listed on the parts list, and it was not shown what to do with them. I finally figured it out on the final step when I got confused about how to install the power strip. Also would be nice to include at least the wrenches, as this includes three specific sizes.
Excelente herramienta

Impressed with this cart. Sturdy construction. Built to work in high traffic high use environments. Purchased two so far without issues or defects.
I have this in my living room with a laptop on it.

I have everything I need on this cart. Love it. I got things to attach to it at a cheap tool store.
Very nice

I have two of these, and might even get a third if they go back down in price (currently expensive due to the pandemic i assume). They are very nice. They look great and feel pretty much indestructible.
I had absolutely no difficulties assembling them. I got my two carts several months apart, so it wasn't even fresh on my mind the second time. It was definitely time-consuming, but there was no point where i was confused or frustrated by it. Anyone saying they had to drill holes or whatever, i can only assume that either they got one of the parts backwards or there was a manufacturing error where one part got mislabelled as another. I had no issues like that at all. Nor were there any tolerance problems, sizing inconsistencies, crooked welds, or anything like that.
I also had no missing parts, but the fact that so many people have complained about it must not be a coincidence. If i ordered one of these and found it to be missing something, i would immediately return it. It's too expensive to mess with all that, just send it back for a replacement.
The anti-slip mat on the top shelf is really nice, it's very thick and grippy, it fits perfectly, and it has little to no odour. The power strip on the side is nice too, though it does seem like they could have easily fit two more sockets on it. The keyboard tray works well, but i do wish it had some kind of locking mechanism; it doesn't pull out *super* easily, but it is possible to work itself out if you're moving things around. The casters are huge, which i assume makes the cart more stable and gives it a higher weight limit... but i personally wouldn't have minded if they were smaller, as they do get in the way sometimes. The casters have a fair amount of resistance to them, so even without the locking mechanism engaged the cart tends to stay put.
Other than that, i only have two small complaints:
- There were some very minor scratches in the paint (apparently from the factory, didn't seem like shipping damage). Not a big deal, barely noticeable... but it did bother me enough that i made sure to orient the parts so that the more visible scratches faced the back of the cart.
- I think the company logo and safety sticker on the top shelf look tacky. The sticker was easy enough (albeit time-consuming) to remove with Goo Gone, but i haven't tackled the plastic logo badge yet. Anyway, like with the scratches, i made sure to orient the top shelf so that the logo was facing the back of the cart, so even if i can't remove it, it'll at least be out of sight most of the time.
