Great for plastic dental appliances

I got this for daily cleaning of an oral sleep apnea appliance, which is similar to a hard plastic retainer. Very light scent, does not imbue retainers with scent.
Produces lots of foam with just a tap on the nozzle. I recommend shaking the bottle for a few seconds before dispensing.
Foam stays on through brushing of oral appliance, then rinses off cleanly and easily.
Foam does not seem to dissolve mineral deposits in appliance. I use a soaking solution periodically to help with that. Have used OAP about a month and plan to keep using by it. A good cleaning product, not harsh or smelly.

It works very well and quickly, but if you have 2 aligners/retainers it will only last 45 days. I've used OAP for 4 years. Because it's expensive and the supply never lasted as long as advertised, I experimented with several other cleaners including an ultrasonic device and Invisalign Cleaning Crystals (samples came with my Vivera retainers.) Nothing cleans as well as OAP foam. My retainers remain clear as opposed to cloudy/etched. I agree with others about the wonky foam pump that results in "over foaming" and leaky foam bottle that reduces the supply- my only complaints. I plan to try the OAP Gel to see if it works as well and if the supply lasts as long as advertised.

This is great for invisalign! Keeps them nice and clean and fresh! I've bought 2 bottles already and I let my invisalign soak in the tray with this foam, then I rinse. I also brush my invisaligns with the foam. Excellent!
