Bought this dress for my daughters birthday party dress since she requested a mermaid dress for her birthday party. Overall I would say it fits true to size. She's in a size 7 and I purchased a 7/8. She did complain of it itching when we tried it on, so we added an undershirt tank and a pair of leggings which she said helped and it didn't itch. Only problem we had was the wand lost a gem as soon as we took it out of the package, but for the price everything overall was good.

Very good quality especially for the price very comparable to higher priced item. All pieces looked as they did in the picture. Only complaint is jewels on wand came off easy but that happens with those kind of toys.
