This is a neat little box with 2 compartments. The craftsmanship was a little disappointing. There is a lot of extra glue at the joints and when I received it one of the compartments was glued shut. Once we got it loose though it worked ok. I used it in an escape room so it was ok, but I wouldn't buy it as a gift.
Meh. Pretty easy puzzle.

Every Christmas I gift my oldest a puzzle box with money inside. This year I got this box and let's just say he's not going to have to work very hard for his money this year. A little "puzzling" because there's 2 compartments to open but not a difficult puzzle at all. Took about 1.5 minutes for me to figure it out and put money in. 51 yr old mother gifting to 14 yr old child.

Of course an item at this price is not going to be a finely fitted wood product. Out of the package, the puzzle box was so tight fitting as to present an unfair challenge. Five minutes with a little sandpaper allowed those parts that are supposed to move a bit more freedom. Would I buy it again? Yes.
