This is my 2nd Massage Therapy Tool. I had a "Tim Tam" which was meh....okay. This VYBE Pro is much more advanced and a stronger device compared to the "Tim Tam". I like the 9 different speeds and usually leave it at 6. Multiple different heads provide options for different areas of your body.

If you use the VYBE Pro aggressively and apply a lot of pressure into your body and you approach 20 minutes of continuous use, it will stop, blink and warm you that you are "overheating" and stressing to tool to it's limits. Let it rest and cool for 5 minutes and you are good to go. I have only done this twice and I am know more familiar with "how hard" you can apply pressure for a certain amount of time.

My VYBE Pro was fairly quiet for a day or 2, but then it started making an extra vibration noise in the tool in the shorter area. It only vibrates when the tool is running and won't make the noise if it is off and I am trying to shake it, so nothing is loose inside.

I have large hands and sometimes it is difficult to hold due to the circumference of the device. I also tend to accidentally push the '+' button which changes the speed and sometimes turns it to '0' and it stops moving. Setting are 0 to 9 and you can keep going round and round past 9 or 0 depending on if you are going up (+) or down (-) in power.

It has 4 LEDs lights to indicate how much battery power you have. 4 indicates Full. After a week of use, full (4) lights down to low (1) light, after charging overnight 8 + hours, the 4th LED light no longer lights up to indicate full.

These are little issues. Compared to how it works and the results I am seeing from using it, it is worth the amount of money that I spent on the device. I had a coupon as well when I purchased it and it was less than $97. Even at full price, I think this is a 4 Star device.

Happy to have it as a device to help me loosen up and aid in my Physical Therapy at home.

If you are older and somewhat "frail," this massager may weight more than you want to deal with. It does benefit from the use of both hands and can be more difficult to handle with only one hand in some situations, especially if you are trying to do your back yourself. If has plenty of power for most anyone's needs, from relatively slower and gentle to "jackhammer" fast and hard. The placement of the buttons to change the speed and the on/off switch at the bottom of the handle seem a bit awkward. I is possible to accidentally change the speed while you are using it. There may not be a better location for the buttons on the handle. I assume they researched that before making the product. I understand the speed button location is for convenience. The on/off is a separate switch and cannot accidentally be turned on or off. That takes intention and is not easily switched on/off My only disclaimer would be that (at least for one's back) it's probably not "senior citizen" friendly if you'll be using this on yourself. If someone else is "doing" you it'll probably be fine.

My chiropractor uses this before she adjusts her patients. I deal with a lot of back issues. She recommended me getting this. I wasn't sure I wanted to splurge and get it. I was in the office and I was chatting with her husband about it and he told me there was a coupon. I decided to take advantage of the little bit of a discount and get it. It did take a few weeks for it to arrive. That was annoying, only because I was so excited to get it. It has been a lifesaver for me.

I do wish that it came with instructions about how to use the additional massage heads and what they're called/for. There is zero info that comes with this pertaining the different massage heads.

Also, I don't recommend using this on speeds lower than 4 when using on yourself. The lower speeds I've noticed bounce and it hurts. Even when I'm trying to use this on my husband, the lower speeds cause it to bounce. The higher speeds don't necessarily put more pressure but it does prevent the bouncing.

Also, if you have knots in your muscles and it's super painful to massage them out, you may experience some bruising of the muscles. Make sure to ice after using this on those bad spots. In some areas I find it extremely painful because of how tight the muscles are but I will push through the pain. I ice right after and then sometimes I'll take an epsom salt bath. It's taken a while but I'm not nearly in as much pain as I use to be. I still go to the chiropractor 2-3 times a week but my quality of life has improved so much since I bought one of these for myself.

I also deal with leg pain. It feels like growing pains and it makes it hard to sleep sometimes. I'll put CBD lotion on my leg and then use this to massage the areas and it helps settle my leg down so that I can get sleep. I have this pain when I'm not using this on my calves, hamstring, and gluteal areas at least 2x's a week. I'll be traveling across country and I will not leave home without this. I love this tool!

I have had back issues for several years and this massager has been the best thing to happen to me for this time. I have used the machine for over a year and have not needed to return to my chiropractor during that time. I was going twice a week for over 4 months. He started using his massager on me and when I felt the relief it provided I bought my own. It has multiple attachments depending on the area you want to work on. If you have leg cramps this is the tool you want as it works the cramps out quickly while massaging the area. Would work as a tremendous back and body massage unit if you have someone to do that for you.
