I have a case of the sweaty palms like many others in this world. I decided to try this carpe after my wife informed me about it. I tried it a few times at first and it worked ok but I was just putting it on in the morning or when I needed it. After talking to my dermatologist it should be used at night for the next day so that the lotion can do its work overnight. After I tried it over night this works so much better and it works very well for the day and doesn't wipe off the second I wash my hands. I will be purchasing this regularly to use daily for my hands. highly recommend or speak to your dermatologist first if you have a more severe case of hyper hydrosis.

I can confirm that this thing does indeed work! However, I guess I'm allergic to whatever is in it because halfway through the day, my hands started to itch. It wasn't a really bad reaction but unfortunately I won't be using it anymore. Still a great product! Just make sure that your skin isn't sensitive to the ingredients before putting too much of it on.

I've been using this product consistently for about a year. I've been using primarily for feet. It takes a week or so to start to see a difference, but once you do it's life changing. I used to go through shoes extremely fast due to sweat and the not so pleasant effects sweat has on shoes over time. Now I have zero issues with smelly shoes...zero. Also, I actually wear some footwear in the summer without socks, which I have never wanted to do in the past due to the inevitable swamp foot. I also noticed some decent reduction of palm sweat, but not as pronounced as with feet. If you have sweaty feet, just get this and use it for a month. You will not regret it. I deducted one star for "Value" because this stuff is pricey. If the manufacturer would reduce the price just a little I think they could help a whole lot more people, and increase net profit with increased sales volume.
