Most actors or actresses will have flowers brought to them after a performance. This one takes the cake and my son LOVED it and he and all his friends had to take photos with it. We wrote in the information from the play and it was a hit.
If you buy this- search Amazon for "Mr pen white paint pen." That is what we used to write on the board if you are wanting something more permanent. Just get plain white chalk if you are wanting to re-use.

After so many years of doing videos for online, I finally got frustrated enough and bought an actual clapper to use at the start of each video to mark them.
Simple put, it does what I want. It's nice, the right size, seems to be pretty solid.
However, when I first got it, I took the marker and jokingly wrote out my fav tv show's info. I left it there for a few days and then went to use it in a real video. Well.. and this is the caveat.. I was able to erase it. I had to use some cleaner and a paper towel and it came clean. But very fantly can still see the writing before. No amount of scrubbing will take it off :(
But this is for something no one will ever see except me, so who cares... especially at the price point.
My other concern was the white marker.. I worry when it runs out and if I can find another one. :-/
But other than that, it's great.

I love it. I would recommend you tape (gaffer tape, white) the places you will write on. The area where you write takes which you have to erase regularly, get a plastic tape and get a dry erase marker. The reason is the one that comes with it doesn't wipe off and stains the board.
