Came dented but, Great Customer Service

When I went to collect my riser from outside I discovered the box was wet and falling apart in my hands (nerve wrecking when it's almost 40 lbs and has to go up a flight of stairs). Thankfully the riser was wrapped in a bag so no water got into there. On top of that when I unpacked the product it had a nickle sized gouge in the surface. Customer service was great and offered me $25 discount for me to keep the same item or a replacement.
I do reccomend others think about cords for monitors, I did not and had to wait for a new order of cables to arrive before using the riser.
The riser works great, I have a disability so having it be electric was wonderful and almost now shaking for the items sitting on top during height changes. It did however make me nervous as I have a smaller desk depth wise and the riser moves towards you instead of straight up. Definitely glad I had installed the front feet that comes with the riser.
Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience so far!

I like the fact that the desk riser is electric and there's a port to keep my cell phone charging throughout the day. Having the option of standing up as I work helps me more energic and not so drained from sitting down all the time. The wide top allows plenty of space for my two monitors, speakers, and other peripherals. My boss likes it so much I am to order a smaller version for him this month. DOWNSIDE: I didn't plan on the need for writing space. Still trying to figure out where I need to put my keyboard when I need to write notes, or receipts.

I've been using this standing desk for a couple of months. It's large enough to hold two large monitors and a laptop. What I like most is the ease of switching from standing to sitting. If I get tired from standing during a meeting I can switch to sitting without losing a beat. Wish the keyboard tray would pull out for added flexibility. Highly recommend this product.

I was hesitant to buy an electric stand-up desk because I'm afraid of the motor going out. But the price difference at the time was minimal, so I gave it a shot. I like the electric as it does not feel like it wiggles as much when you raise and lower it. I can actually leave my water cup on the desk while raising and lowering, not that I recommend that but you get the idea. It was easy to put together, but I am glad I measured my desk prior to ordering it as it fits snugly without overhang. It does weigh a bit and is a little awkward to flip over, so might be good to do with second person if you have any doubts. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase. Time will tell on the motor, but I'm not to worried about it now.
