My problem is the delivery of my orders. I have special instructions to deliver to my apartment door. I am disabled and the last 2 deliveries were left inside the first door of my building. The second door is locked and you must be buzzed in to gain entrance. They left my orders at the first door. Anyone on the street could of taken the package and walked away. Drivers must press the button for my apartment and they will be buzzed in by me. I do not understand why this is so complicated. Drivers in the past have been excellent, but the last driver was all screwed up. He called me and I explained it to him, yet he still screwed it up. The guy did not speak English to well. I believe he was foreign? I called a neighbor to retrieve my packages at the door. They were still there, thank goodness.
