I'm 5,4 170lbs and 38D - have thick upper arms and belly but the XL fits really well. am glad I didn't get a large, would have been too tight in the chest But I do wear large t-shirts, so I'd say go up a size. Haven't worn it in the water yet but seems good quality based on my experience. I'm a snorkel/scuba guide in the USVI and really needed a top for "winter". Arms are long but that's to be expected from an XL. It's a true 3 mil, needs to be broken in as it's pretty rigid (normal) but looking forward to having an easy to put on top. HOPE the zipper holds up!!

Not worn yet, but it fits right to the size, tight as should be, size 6. The only thing that probably would be bad is that the neck is a little bit big, so water will get inside whe swimming.

This jacket was more comfortable then other options-- other jackets had rolls of material under the armpits that rubbed when kayaking. This one fit much better, didn't have that problem. It kept me warm when I tested it in 50 degree water for about 15 minutes or so

This fit me perfectly. I was a little concerned after reading reviews from this and others about the fit. It fits me snugly and zips up fine. I wanted a fairly tight fit. It does stretch. I bought a size 10 and I normally wear a 8 or 10 swimsuit. I wear an unpadded sports bra and a spf shirt underneath it as I don't think anything padded would fit under it, it's that tight! I used this while swimming in 72 degree springs water and it kept me warm. It was also easy to move my arms. I am small boned and somewhat petite. The arms below the elbow could have been tighter, but it wasn't a big deal. Arms were a good length.
