The picture quality is great. I love I can use so many formats. DVD, usb, sD. The remote control makes it easy to use. Makes long trips easier for toddlers. I bought a second one because I liked it so much. Also, costumer service is great. They sent smaller brackets for my Buick enclave.

I opened this and attempted to put it in my truck, but the spring loaded bracket that holds it was too big for the headrest posts in my vehicle. Otherwise, this was a solid purchase. I'm pretty sure it would've done the trick. I'm not going to knock any stars off because my vehicle didn't fit The product. The posts on mine are 4 1/2 inches wide, and there was no way that that bracket was going to make it. I would say at least have 6-7inches between yours. if you have questions, see the video. My truck is 10 years old, so it has manual headrests. Nothing electronic about it. And it's a crew cab so it's not built for kids sitting in the back watching DVDs ;).

I have had this player for over a year now and it has been great. Not a minute of trouble I love that it has playback memory so so don't have to restart the movie every time we stop. I miss placed the remote and needed replacement bracket holders and the company was very kind to send new ones. Very quick to respond and very helpful.

This portable DVD player is amazing!! I did a ton of research and agonized over which one to buy for our first long road trip with our toddler. I'm not sure what took me so long to get this one - it surpassed our expectations. Great picture quality, easy to install, and incredibly stable. We hit some big bumps and dips on the Highway and it didn't impact the video player at all.
I was a little concerned about the sound with the highest noise but it was never an issue. Our son is too young to wear headphones but he was able to hear the DVD with no issue. In fact, the sound is so powerful that we kept the volume at a low setting and it was plenty powerful.
I'd buy this model again in a heartbeat.
