Got this because I wanted some additional minerals for my body. It's great at relieving achy and tired muscles. I do feel refreshed and more relaxed after the bath. It has no scent and dissolves quickly. I paid it with some eucalyptus bath soap for some bubbles and smell. It helps relieve tension. I usually use about 1/2 to 3/4 cup per bath. It should last you a while if you don't take baths daily. I have also paired it with pink Himalayan salt too. Would be good foot soak as well. Would recommend and would repurchase.

I feel like this is an economical alternative to the Ahava bath salts. I would recommend this product and will likely purchase it again!

I'm only using the Arm and Hammer and Dead Sea salts, and they worked even better than advertised. I have had a variety of skin problems my entire life (64 yo), doctors control them with a variety of creams and ointments which I hate because of the greasy feeling. I read about Dead Sea salts on line and decided to give them a try, after all, this is not expensive if it even works somewhat. Well, I got the package and began filling the tub with hot water (as the directions say, as hot as you can stand) and dumped in some of the salts and baking soda. I didn't measure the amounts, but used about 1/4 of each package. Gave a quick stir and hopped in. I stayed in the tub for about 30 minutes, the water actually felt nice and relaxing. After soaking, I drained the tub and showered using my usual soap. The nature of one of my skin diseases is that immense after a shower, I start oozing a horrible smelling, oily substance. ( I need to shower several times a day to try and control the odor, and if I don't, it becomes very raw and painful, sorry for the disgusting image). Anyway, after one bath, my psoriasis is clearing up, and the "jungle rot" seems to be going away. It's been four days since I used the salts and the itch, the pain, and the horrific odor are gone. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've had these problems my whole life, thus us the first time EVER, that I truly feel clean and itch and pain free.

Works great too soak psoriasis. Do not use it if you have any open sores.

This is my 2nd bag of this, I use weekly to every other week depending on my schedule, but this makes my skin soft, I do rinse after use and use coconut oil bcz salt is drying and it can cause itching
