I bought a new standing desk. I have a work laptop and my personal laptop. For a while, I used both laptops side by side, but that got old quick because of the slight difference in the keyboard layouts. I also really didn't like the lack of usable workspace with both laptops open. So, I thought to myself, if I could somehow put the laptops in vertical stands, that would open things up considerably. I didn't even know a dual vertical stand was an option until I saw this one. I liked that it was metal and it looked pretty sturdy from the photo, so I took a chance. When it arrived, it was better than I could have hoped for. It had weight, it was solid, and both my laptops fit comfortably. I eventually expanded my layout to include a KVM switch, so I could use one keyboard, one mouse, and one video source for both systems. A USB hub allows me to connect and share additional peripherals, like audio speakers and a smartphone cable. This laptop stand was the catalyst...I can't recommend it highly enough!
