I've looked at a lot of Vitamin K2 supplements. You need both MK4 and MK7, with MK4 being the larger amount required. I've seen so many that have only MK7 or more MK& than MK4, or including Vitamin A or other things. I take a multivitamin, so I don't need Vitamin A or other things, which just increases cost and makes the supplements larger. This formal has both MK4 and MK7, and has more of MK4, and also includes D3 5000 IU. Although I take a multivitamin that has D3, it has far too little for me, since I've low Vitamin D before. So having 5000 IU included with this formula saves me from having to take a separate D3. The D3 is important for the K2, since K2 is enhanced when taken with D3. Also, these capsules are pretty small, so easy to swallow. All in all, the perfect K2 supplement for me. It helps that the price isn't exorbitant, either.

Back in February 2019 it was discovered that I had calcium in my arteries. I was then given a CT Calcium Score test and the result was 187. They then put me on a statin, which after 2 months I discontinued due to joint pain. I then went to another doctor who is an MD but tries to address diet and lifestyle first prior to prescribing pharmaceuticals. He tested my blood for everything (around 5 pages of results) and the biggest thing was I was vitamin D deficient. I bought THIS product on Amazon along with another K2 product that has 600mcg from innovixlabs (500 mk4 and 100 mk7). I take both and was going to get tested in 2020, but we all know what happened in 2020. I ended up finally getting tested July 30th 2021 and my score is now 110. 2.5 years later and my score has improved 41%. By the way,, I still eat like crap. IF you have calcium in your arteries, please get your D3 tested. You should be right in the middle of the scale and adjust your supplements as needed. K2 is an absolute must with D3. It directs where the calcium goes. You want it in your bones/teeth, not in your arteries.
