I am a lifter who trains 6-7 days a week and I always wanted one of these but just used preacher curl stands instead. Finally caved in and bought one of these. Best $25 I have spent. Didn't get to use at a gym yet, literally just put it on and grabbed some dumbbells and got the craziest pump I have ever gotten on biceps. If you are a bodybuilder, average lifter, or are even just getting into it. I CANNOT NOT STRESS HOW MUCH YOU NEED THIS. Nobody gave me money to write this review, it's simply that crazy good of a product. Don't cave in and buy the raw gear version of a arm blaster. This is much better of a deal.
