We've had not so good air mattresses from other companies - too heavy, too leaky, too tippy (is that a word?). But after doing our homework to finally find a good one - we found SoundAsleep.
The mattress is fast to inflate and deflate, easy to set up, comfortable, and best of all, the customer service is there to back you up, if you have any issues.
We purchased two of these - one for our guests and one for a family member (for when we were guests). The family member's one had an issue while we were visiting and we called customer service and left a message. They called back within an hour and listened to what we had to say and the time constraints we were in. Then they came up with an elegant solution that was definitely going the extra mile.

Ive been sleeping on air mattresses for the last several months due to being in a temporary living situation thats gone on longer than intended. The problem with this, is that air mattresses simply arent made the way they used to be. 10 years ago you could reasonably expect an air mattress to last months of constant use, but nowadays the longest most mattresses will last is about a month and some change.

Ive gone through 3 mattresses from 3 different companies. All lasted me almost exactly one month. I scoured google for ways to repair them, scoured walmart and home depot for products that will patch a popped seam on an air mattress, and met with failure every time.

The first company heard this and straight up refused to help. "Voided warranty" they said.

The second company sent me a replacement that was somehow even lower quality than the original mattress.

The third company was soundasleep, and on the phone the rep told me "oh yeah, patches and stuff wont work on holes on the top of the mattress. Well send you a new mattress, but you should try using pvc stitch on the broken one so you have a backup"

So i went out. I bought the pvc stitch. I applied it to the mattress before going to sleep on the cold hard floor. And i awoke to a completely functional mattress. I tried it on the other 3 broken mattresses. They were all good as new. It was amazing. It was incredible.

And true to their word, soundasleep did indeed send me a new mattress, exactly like the first mattress id purchased from them. I now own 5 functional air mattresses. My power is unrivaled. Never again shall i be forced to sleep on the ground like a dog. I could stack them on top of each other and gaze reprochfully upon others from atop my vinyl tower of sleep. I could build myself a fortress of comfort, or perhaps place them all in a swimming pool and try to swim around in them like scrooge mcduck. If god gives up his hope for humanity and deigns to flood the earth again, my family is set with 5 queen sized inflatable rafts. The one thing i couldnt do is furnish a 5 person sleep over because i dont have that many friends.

But anyway, thanks to soundasleep, i now have 5 air mattresses to choose from. Though i dont really have to choose between any of them because their air mattress is definitely the comfiest (i have nerve damage in my leg thats easily aggravated during sleep but its not aggravated while sleeping in this mattress), so i just keep using that. 5 stars, thank you soundasleep for granting me unlimited power

We bought this for cabining. (It's our term for staying at a cabin on vacation) We inflated it before we left without issues. We inflated it at the cabin with no issues. It took about five minutes. It stayed mostly inflated all five nights, so we re-inflated it for a few seconds right before we'd go to sleep. We were aware of the stretching that would happen on the first few uses. No biggie.
Our regular king sized sheets barely fit, but they stayed on overnight. Great!
The only issues that we had were how cold the mattress got at night. It was in the 40's (Fahrenheit) overnight, the cabin was not heated, and the mattress was freezing. We had two quilts on us, but we were still cold. We ended up putting moving blankets underneath and then another quilt between the mattress and the sheet. That worked. It was cold at night but we stayed warm.
We'll get a soft insulating mattress topper for next time.
Something we didn't think about until we briefly lost power at the cabin was how would we deflate the mattress without power. As far as I can tell, it can't. That would be something I would think about when purchasing this product.
It did slide around easily on a bare wooden floor and on the moving blankets. However, we pushed it against a wall and had no issues with it moving during the night.
If you have a sleeping buddy, be aware that they will feel your every move and adjustment, possibly enough to wake them up.
The last issue was that when we deflated it after it had been inflated for five days was that wet spots appeared in several areas. We assumed that it had condensation on the inside after five nights of fluctuating temps and bodies. We are letting it dry out without inflating it.
Overall, it was a great purchase and comfortable to sleep on.
Bonus: it comes with a bag to store it in and carry around. It also helps remind me how to fold it when I'm done with it. Lol.

I ordered a king size air mattress, which shipped fast after ordered. The First time I went to use it the mattress inflated perfectly, but over the night deflated. I found a very small hole by the motor mechanism, patched it with the provided material, but it deflated again.
I emailed the seller and within 24 hours a customer service representative called me, got my information and immediately shipped a brand new mattress without me having to return the bad one. I threw it out. The new one arrived within 2 days and I was asked to test it out, which I did, and had excellent results. A follow up email verified that I was a happy customer.
The mattress itself is very comfortable, well made and well worth the cost. I highly recommend this company and their products.
