You would definitely need to use a lot of this for it to work like sugar in cooking because it's definitely weaker than other sugar substitutes. I had to use about 4 tablespoons of it in a glass of water before it tasted as sweet as a small paper packet of sugar would. I use it for my teeth however, swishing a small portion of it around in my mouth, and it's done incredible things for me. If you're using it for that reason, the bag lasts forever. Would definitely recommend.
