I bought this to cover our outdoor furniture all year round in NC. It lasted 2 years with little to no fading. It endured wind, rain, hail, ice, etc. I would tuck the cover underneath the furniture during high winds and it recently got a small tear. I could have easily patched it and it did not spread but I think 2 years worth was very reasonable and figured time for a new one.

I ordered this after buying a large wooden patio couch, coffee table, and chair to protect them from sun and keep the cushions clean and dry, and I'm so happy with it so far. The design is excellent - the long sturdy velcro strap make it easy to adjust the fit for various sizes/configurations of furniture and still hold on snugly, and then there's the little straps in the corners for more security. The material seems to shed water perfectly. It's been working great.
As a disclaimer, it hasn't been through a major windstorm or sat days with puddles of rainwater on it or anything like that. I can't attest to its long-term sturdiness. But I don't expect this to last me a lifetime or stand up to all conditions; it was very affordable, it works great, it's easy to take on and off, it's keeping my furniture clean and comfy, and I'd buy another in a heartbeat if someone made off with mine.

The set for the price is very good. Assembly directions were not great, however, I managed. The chairs
and love seat are fine. The table rocks and needs a brace underneath one leg to balance it. A pain, but not earth shattering. Still worth the money
