The cinnamon flavor is very good... although not a cinnamon roll by any stretch of the imagination, it scratches that itch. Unfortunately, the chocolate marshmallow flavor is awful....like eating chocolate covered styrofoam.

These are about the tastiest sweet chocolate snack I've ever had, and the fact they are premeasured and accepted on the program just take all the stress out of enjoying them! The cinnamon ones are wonderful, different, and also a satisfying snack that tell you when you stop - at the end of the bag! The cost is justifiable because you don't have to cook, or even think about how many you can safely enjoy, they are portable and easy as well as delicious.
