the sound is clear and the earpiece works well and not easy to lose. My ears are kind of small size, so most of the earpiece is way too bigger in my ears and let me feel uncomfortable. However, this product does feel well for me. That's the reason I highly recommend this product for people who have the same problem as me. The key point is the price is valuable with this sound quality. Usually, with the high quality of sound must be very experienced but this product only spends ten bucks below.

I have used this system for about 4-5 years now at work. The sound is good but keep a back up of replacement cords for the actual ear piece. Don't let the coil stretch or it will decrease the sound quality. Being in an active line of work this sometimes happens.
Also I prefer the ear insert that is formed to the ear to reduce even more outside noise and reduces the chance of it getting pulled out of my ear.

Noise-cancelling earpiece makes ambient sounds more muted than my last earpiece, but when you're trying to catch traffic and updates during an ICS, it's great. I've spent so many times relaying information sent over the radio that I've been able to catch, but no one else did. It doesn't clear a scanner, but it's easy enough to carry in your backpack. Be sure to blow out the clear portion though, because if moisture builds up in it, everything sounds like it's underwater.
Last but not least, keeping conversations private and in your own ear, rather than in prying ears, makes graveyard shift much easier. Being able to walk silently down a run and still get radio traffic has earned me several unsavory nicknames from incarcerated persons. Overall, highly recommend.
