I probably should have done a little more digging into the pin spacings, but with a little bending on the outer 4 pins, it fits into standard prototyping boards, with the exception of the common pin. Since the common pin is a flat pin that needs to be bent both vertically and horizontally to fit into standard boards, I have just bent that one outward and soldered directly to it.... not ideal, but it works.

These relays worked perfectly the only things that should be noted:
- Text on top of relay can be rubbed off with finger very easily
- Common pin doesn't line up with a breadboard or standard spaced blank PCB (bending the pin will fix this but make the pin a little shorter and off center)
