I didn't know how I was going to like the table, but it's a good size just add some pads good storage. Wasn't too bad to assemble. One of the pieces was broken, but when I called them the next day I was sent a new part with in a week for free. Was very good service ðŸ‘

I almost didn't get this set due to the very negative reveiws., but it was so perfectly sized for the space we had in our house, I took the plunge. In the end, I have no idea what the negativity is all about. I found it to be a very sold piece of furniture. It arrived undamaged in 2 boxes that were very well packed. My son put it together for me and he had nothing but praise for the way it was manufactured. Eveything lined up, nothing warped or mismatched. He has put together many pieces of furniture from kits and while they are always a bit challenging, this nook came together very well. All the parts were clearly labeled and everything was included. It's beautiful, solid wood, nothing cheap about it. I would say you should have 2 people on hand to assemble and set aside a 4 to 6 hours when you are not stressed out and frustrated. As you can see from the pictures, we decided to paint it and "distress" it to match our kitchen, but it would have been beatiful without it. Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm not sure why this table has such poor reviews. It is solid wood and amazing for a small space. I had a tiny dining area to furnish and I was having a hard time finding a set that would fit but this is perfect! The additional storage inside the L seat is an added bonus! I had some shipping issues with FedEx, but that is not the company's fault and Cymax's customer service was incredible! My set finally arrived in amazing condition just in time. I can't really review the assembly process because I purchased the option for professional assembly, but the men who assembled it were very impressed with the quality and the finished product.
