I needed a way to fill my tires conveniently, since I'm a Lyft driver and there are times when getting to a Wawa air pump or something similar isn't practical. This device is compact enough to keep in the floor compartment in the rear of my Kia Soul hatchback, and plugs directly into the car's circular charging ports to run. If run for an extended period of time, it apparently gets quite warm, but unless a tire has lost entirely too much pressure, it should never come to that; and if it does, simply letting it cool down for a while before continuing use will be enough. For routine tire-pressure maintenance, it's perfect.

It does make a fair bit of noise, so one might not want to use it, say, late at night or in the early-morning hours in a suburban neighborhood. But it's also not too loud, either.

The pressure display seems accurate enough, but can sometimes take a few seconds to get a precise read on the tire.

The only real complaint I have is that chord length is just enough to get at the tires on both sides of my car, so long as it is run out of the correct side and you take care not to let it get hooked on the gear-shift or seat-corners. It could have done with a bit more leeway, and I'm not sure how comfortably it would work with a larger vehicle, such as a truck.

My old car pump was on it's last legs. Took it a few minutes to put in 5 PSI of pressure into 1 tire. That's not even including the fact that the internal gauge was off by about 10 PSI so it needed constant monitoring to get it about where I needed it to be. Needless to say, it was time for a replacement. I took a look at quite a few pumps and this one seemed to fit what I needed. My only misgiving was that some reviews stated that the power cord was too short for a full sized SUV (which I have). Misgivings were laid to rest though upon first use.
The power cord was more than long enough to reach all my tires comfortably. I think that if you had a long bed truck, it might have a hard time reaching the back tires. If you have a raised vehicle with over-sized tires, it'd also have a hard time reaching the back tires. Either of those instances would be negated if your vehicle has somewhere to plug in the pump in the bed/rear area of course.
Fill time was quick. It took less than 30 secs for 5 PSI for 1 tire.
Noise level was better than my old pump, but still noticeable from about 30 yards or so. Not enough to make you think it's WWIII, but it'd definitely wake you up.
My only issue is with the hole for the power/start button. The hole is a little small. Not a deal breaker though. I have large hands so I ended up having to use my pinky finger to depress it enough so that it'd engage. I can see some looking at that as a bonus feature as it would definitely prevent accidental on's. You could also easily use the back of a pen/pencil or even your old tire pressure gauge.

This is the best thing ever! I highly recommend you buy one and keep it in your trunk for emergencies! I have run-flat tires on my car, and no spare tire (there is not even a place in the trunk to keep a donut tire!). So if I am out somewhere and my tire goes flat, I am dead in the water! I have to call a tow truck to come and inflate the tire or tow me home. This works perfectly! It is so EASY to use. (I am a woman and admit I don't know anything about cars! I can change a flat tire, check my oil level and put in washer fluid! That is the extend of my knowledge!) And even I can easily work this! You plug it into the charger outlet in your car. You attach the inflator cable onto your tire, set the PSI level for your tire (which should be written in the door well of your drivers side car door). You turn on the car engine, hit the button to start it and off it goes! It inflates to the PSI level you set, then stops when it is done! It only takes a few minutes. Even one time when my tire went completely flat, it took about 5 minutes for it to completely re-inflate! Even if you have regular tires, it beats having to drive around and find a gas station that has an air pump that you hope is actually working.
Definitely one of the best purchases I have made! I will be buying one for my son for a Christ-mas present to keep in his car for emergencies. This is a definite "˜better to have it and not need it - then need it and not have it!

I love this tire inflator. This is my second purchase. Needed an extra one for another vehicle. Customer service is great too. They address concerns and warranties promptly. It has multiple ways you can use it. I mainly use it for inflating my car tires to ensure proper reading but also can use for bike tires, basket balls and footballs etc. I love that it has a flashlight on it for nighttime use. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a reliable inflator.

I need to inflate my car tires intermittently, as we all do, but it's sometimes difficult to find a gas station that has a working air station, or doesn't cost $2 (in quarters) for 2 minutes. I am busy with school and work and found myself driving around with a low tire for a couple weeks! I ordered this unit hoping it would be fast, easy, and convenient to use, ndd it is!!! I'm always ready to fix my own low tire pressure now and that's a relief. I love the built in light and real time pressure gauge. It even allows you to predetermine what level you're wanting to fill to and it turns off automatically. Great product!
