Two of the Brake assemblies were so miss handle it require Me to remove 1 Spring on each unit and re-attach the brake adjuster on one, the other needed the brake adjustment cable. Please better handling will avoid this from happening. The boxes were un-damaged or slightly crushed, so its likely happened at Dexter.....

Using these original Dexter assemblies couldn't be easier. I replaced a 20 year old set of oem Dexter brakes with this set for two reasons. Firstly, they're made in the USA with quality parts. Secondly, the automatic adjustment is an added convenience. It took longer to strip the old wires and heat shrink the connectors and tubing than it did to install these assemblies.
