I didn't realize that this has Caffeine in it or how much. I didn't see it on the ingredient list and I fell in love with this tea and I kept ordering it. One night on my last break at work I noticed the front of the package said "High Caffeine" I thought I must have ordered the wrong one because all of my other orders never said that on the packaging So I ordered another box real quick and made sure it didn't say " high caffeine" well when that one came it also says that on the box and each packet. I will still drink them but I guess This explains why I couldn't fall asleep a couple of nights so I quit drinking them when I come home from work to de stress. I assume that they just started added the statement to the packaging so people will be aware, maybe they have had complaints that it didn't state there was caffeine in them. I have to wonder how much caffeine is "High" but all in all this tea is very very good. I think I don't even realize how good it is until I'm almost finished with the cup. It leaves behind a feeling of niceness that's hard to explain and the wonderful flavor lingers for awhile. I love this tea
