I'm using it with my Sony 40" TV, and a JBL 2.1 Deep Bass soundbar. It holds it perfectly fine, and installation is very easy - just screw it in between the mount, and TV.
The only inconvenience is that I need to throw cables under the whole mount, because the back of the mount itself has holes that are too small to put an HDMI there. It's not bad, but if You are a perfectionist - You'll have to think about cable management somehow, because in my case - I can see HDMI Cable a little bit from under the mount.

I had already installed the wall mount for the tv and I didn't even have to remove it to install this mount. I simply unscrewed the two bottom screws behind the tv and slid this right it. Installation was a breeze.

This is my 4th Mounting Dream product. 4 Wall mounts and now a soundbar TV mount.
I used this mount to mount the soundbar from the Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro under a 75" Samsung QN85C and onto the Mounting Dream Full Motion TV Mount with Articulating Arms.
Took me 3 hours as I was doing the entire installation from start to finish solo. The most difficult part was trying to place the soundbar in the exact spot so there is no gap between the soundbar and the TV as many reviews post pictures with gaps inches wide. I also wanted a 1" space between the bottom of the soundbar and the top of the floating media stand.
Long story short, if your soundbar has mounting holes on the rear, save yourself the headache with the clip on bars and just mount it to the horizontal rail. The M8 10mm spacers makes the bracket fit almost flush with the bar.
My only 2 grips are that there is no depth adjustment to make the front of the sound bar flush with the TV. There is 3" of space behind the TV but since this mount is flush with the rear the soundbar sticks out 2" infront of the TV. Also the screws to mount the soundbar was silver, I wish they were black like the other screws used to put the bracket together.

I mounted my sound bar to my TV mount to declutter the stand underneath the TV and it works well. Easy to attach to the TV mount. Only thing I noticed was I had to have all wires connected to the sound bar before attaching to the mount due to the bars crossing the plug in area leaving enough room for the wires only to come out. Definitely does it's job.

Lots of parts and a good thing too. The whole installation was easy to mount on the tv bracket and the extra parts came in handy. It took about an hour to install and works great. My only complaint is the bracket that the sound bar hangs from is not adjustable to the width of the sound bar, so I will take a saw to it, to shorten the length. See the picture. A friend ordered the same bracket and he has a sound bar that is 48 inches wide and it works just fine. Otherwise great job.
