The quality is amazing. I'm 5'2, 115lbs (usually size 0 or 2). It fits perfect. Not too big, but definitely NOT as skimpy as the model shows. I was looking for that cheeky but cut and it's more coverage, almost demure. So it may fit you exactly as the model does if you're a size 4 or 6.

Exactly as described. I'm 5'6" and 135 pounds. Fits snug in the rear/leg openings, although it is slightly stretchy material. Waist band has plenty of stretch available. Price is right. 100% cotton. Not planning on machine washing so the red doesn't fade. One review said it was orange. I'd say more like a bright red tomato color. Definitely not "one-size fits all". I'd say one size fits small/maybe medium.
