I'd say its cute but isn't very reliable. You cant get glass marbles as high, and it only launches properly about 1 in every 4 button presses. We found we could make it work with a taller marble run if we put it on the table and built down to the floor. But my kid likes it. It attaches well and makes for a fun addition.

Marbles. I bought another set to get more marbles and also bought more plastic marbles from the hungry hippo game. They go up farther than the glass marbles and with an extra launcher set you can build it even higher.

Added this piece to the Marble run set I have for my 3 year old grandson. He likes it, but I've found that I can only use the hollow marbles provided and they can only go up 5 sections. It is not powerful enough to raise glass marbles into the top piece more than 2 sections. So I have it in a closed loop so that no glass marbles get into the launch position.
