I love how these door knobs look. They were easy to install. However, after only a month one of the knobs has fallen off and I couldn't figure out what to do to fix it. I was rather upset about it as I have these door knobs on 10 doors! I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful! Apparently there is a screw that needed to be tightened with the hex key that keeps the knob in place. That did the trick! Im very happy with my purchase.
