Something to be mindful of is it comes in a bag and had three straps around it. I continued to use all the case and the black straps for a couple months (using it a few times a week). The black color of the straps started to seep onto the pink mat. I ended up repurposing the straps for other uses to avoid further dying. Also the plastic piece broke on the draw string which I can still tie a loose knot. All in all these are additional accessories and the mat itself is great for my needs. I do like the size and the thicknes of the mat which is all that really matters. I'm 5'4" and for the most part aside from a reclining star pose my whole body fits on the mat when I am practicing.

This mat is good for physical therapy exercise, and comfortable to walk on barefoot. I decided to leave it on the floor for convenience. After a few weeks, there was a spot on the surface - one of my stinker Chihuahuas had marked it. I took the mat outside, scrubbed the spot with dish soap and rinsed with the hose. I wiped off the excess water and let it dry. Good as new. I expected it would clean easily, but it was good to confirm it

This is such a durable and well made workout mat. We use this for weight lifting, yoga, HIIT, and dance cardio. It is so versatile! There is absolutely no slippage whatsoever, and there is never any ripping or tearing. Even when we do jumping or other high intensity workouts, the give and cushion is fantastic. We know our downstairs neighbors quite well, and they say they can never hear us even during late night workouts!
